Delivery Policy

This policy explains how digital products bought on caankushjain.com, including The Gate Keeper eBook, reach you.

No physical shipping

The Gate Keeper is an eBook in PDF format. Nothing is posted or couriered, and there is no shipping charge.

How the eBook is delivered

• Your personal copy is emailed to the address you enter on the payment page.
• It usually arrives within 10 minutes of a successful payment. In rare cases, such as a technical delay, it can take up to 24 hours.
• The email comes from CA Ankush Jain, with the subject "Your copy of The Gate Keeper" and the PDF attached.
• If you don't see it in your inbox, please check the Promotions and Spam folders.

If your copy doesn't arrive

Write to [email protected] with your payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in Razorpay's receipt email). If you mistyped your email address at payment, include the correct one. I'll send a fresh copy.

If I can't deliver your copy, you get a full refund, as set out in the refund and cancellation policy.

Where we deliver

The eBook can be delivered to any email address. Payments are accepted in Indian rupees through Razorpay.
