These terms apply when you use caankushjain.com (the "website") or buy anything from it. The website is run by Ankush Jain (CA Ankush Jain), India ("I", "me" or "we"). By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Educational content only
The articles, videos, courses, calculators and downloads on this website are for learning. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and they are not a recommendation to lend, borrow or invest. Calculators and Excel files are aids: check every result yourself before you rely on it. Nothing on this website guarantees a job, a promotion, a loan sanction or any other outcome.
2. Your use of the website
You may read, watch and use the website for your own learning and work. Please don't copy, republish, sell or reproduce its articles, calculators, downloads or designs without written permission, and don't try to disrupt the website or reach parts of it that aren't meant for you.
Free downloads are for your own professional or personal use. They may not be resold or shared as your own product.

You may not share, forward, upload, resell, lend or distribute it in any form, including on websites, file-sharing services, Telegram, WhatsApp or other groups.
Personal copy. Every copy carries the buyer's name, email and order number on its pages. This is how unauthorised copies are traced to the original purchase.

5. Accuracy and liability
I take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but laws, rules and banking practices change, and mistakes can happen. The website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from the use of the website or its content. If I am found liable for a purchase, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Privacy
How your information is used is explained in the privacy policy.
8. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. A purchase is governed by the terms in force on the day you made it.
